Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking an in-house licensed pharmacist for our Manila-area warehouse/store. You will ensure BFAD/BAI compliance for all non-prescription products and coordinate with regulatory bodies on LTOs and product registrations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, willingness to work full-time onsite in Muntinlupa, and prior industry experience is preferred. Join a team focused on quality and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ability to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience in regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Act as in-house licensed pharmacist for the assigned warehouse/store as required by BFAD.
• Process location’s LTOs as Food Manufacturer and Retail Outlet of non-prescription products, and other LTOs as required.
• Coordinate with government regulatory bodies (BFAD/BAI, DOT) and with the Warehouse/Store Manager on product registration and importation matters.
• Perform daily warehouse compliance audits per BFAD and BAI standards.
• Assist audits and inspections by warehouse regarding BFAD/BAI compliance.
• Liaise with agencies like Bureau of Food and Drugs and Bureau of Product Standards/DTI.
• Update the Warehouse/Store Manager on new memoranda and government rulings relevant to importation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Acts as the in-house licensed pharmacist for the assigned warehouse/store as required by BFAD.
• Responsible for the processing of the location’s LTO’s as Food Manufacturer and Retail Outlet of non-prescription products, and other LTO’s as required.
• Processes LTO’s PSMT Phils. Inc. as importer and distributor of food, food supplements, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, household hazardous, and pet foods.
• Performs daily warehouse compliance audit in conformity with BFAD and BAI standards (Food Service Section, Meat Processing Section, Bakery)
• Assists warehouse regarding BFAD/BAI compliance audits and inspections.
• Liaises with the respective government regulatory bodies like Bureau of Food and Drugs, Bureau of Product Standards / Department of Trade and Industry.
• Coordinates with the Warehouse/Store Manager regarding Product Registration.
• Updates the Warehouse/Store Manager with new memoranda and ruling the government agencies vital to our importation.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the superior relevant to existing work responsibility as instructed.
