Overview

As a Wellness Ambassador, you will be promoting a healthy lifestyle and assisting customers in making informed choices about natural, wholesome products. You will serve as a guide, educator, and advocate for wellness while ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment
• Assist customers in choosing products based on their health and wellness needs
• Educate customers on nutrition, wellness, and product benefits
• Support in maintaining store cleanliness, visual display, and inventory management
• Promote store campaigns, product launches, and events
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• With normal BMI
• Height requirement: 5’2” and above
• Must have a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in health, wellness, and customer service
• Willing to work on weekends and mall-based schedules
• With or without work experience (retail/sales experience is an advantage)
