Realcognita Inc. is launching its software solution and seeks an experienced Blazor Developer to join the IT team in the Philippines. You will work on scalable applications, contribute to backend and frontend development, and ensure robust, secure deployments.

The role requires strong C#, Blazor, and SQL Server skills, plus familiarity with Azure DevOps, EF Core, and testing frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience designing, building, delivering, and maintaining production-grade software.
• Deep experience with C#, Blazor, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Azure Repos).
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and agile backend/frontend development.

The company is launching their existing software solution into the market and preparing it to meet the challenges and requirements presented in a modern security orientated platform. As the company advances in this area, we are seeking an experiencedBlazor Developerto join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming principles and the Blazor architecture.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent years of work experience
• 3+ years hands‑on experience in designing, building, delivering, and maintaining critical production‑grade software
• Deep working experience with C#, Blazor, and SQL Server
• Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data security best practices
• Familiarity with backend development using C# Minimal APIs and Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with frontend development, frameworks, and technologies, including Blazor and Javascript
• Working knowledge of version control systems, modern CI/CD practices, testing, and migration tools for database and software, in particular Azure Repos, Pipelines, and Entity Framework Core
• Understanding of security and networking principles
• Working knowledge with Azure hosting is an advantage
• Working knowledge of integrated testing frameworks, in particular XUnit and NSubstitute
• Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environment
• Excellent communication skills with a fluency in English (both verbal and written)
