About the role

We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and solutions-oriented Web Developer – Full Stack to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving web applications, websites, and internal business systems. The role requires strong experience in both Front-End and Back-End Development, with the ability to understand business requirements, communicate effectively with different teams, and turn operational needs into efficient and scalable web-based solutions. Experience in e-commerce and sales-related systems or platforms is highly preferred, as the role may involve developing and improving tools that support online sales, customer management, order processing, reporting, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Handle both Front-End and Back-End Development.
• Build and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and database integrations.
• Develop responsive and functional user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems when required.
• Design, maintain, and optimise databases.

About you

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role.
• Strong experience in both Front-End and Back-End Development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks/libraries.
• Experience with back-end programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience working with databases, including database design, queries, and optimisation.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Git/version control and standard software development workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems, opportunities, and potential improvements without waiting for instructions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical matters to both technical and non-technical team members.
