Perform in-depth Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) to determine clients' current assets, risk tolerance, and long-term financial targets.
Evaluate exposure to major risks—such as critical illness, disability, premature death, or property loss—and structure appropriate protection strategies.
Recommend appropriate AXA solutions across key protection categories:
Health & Critical Illness Protection (e.g., Health Care Access, Health Start)
Life & Income Protection (e.g., AllShield, term and unit-linked plans)
Savings & Wealth Accumulation / Investment-Linked Plans (VULs) (e.g., Vision Achiever)
Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer (e.g., Legacy Steward)
Prepare personalized financial proposals and present options clearly to clients.
Prospect potential clients through active networking, client referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
Meet or exceed branch production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the agency management team.
Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and life-stage updates.
Assist clients with policy applications, policy changes, renewals, and claims navigation.
Pass the Insurance Commission (IC) examinations for Traditional Life and Variable Life Insurance licenses.
Complete mandatory training modules provided by the AXA Academy and maintain strict compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or a related discipline preferred (open to all degree backgrounds with relevant interest).
Experience: Sales, banking, customer service, or account management experience is a distinct advantage, though career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome.
