  • 1 year of experience supporting technology, product, project management, and/or business analysis teams.
  • Experience using Jira to manage backlogs, track work, and maintain issue quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including documenting work clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational coordinator for the product team.
  • Maintain product documentation and keep information current.
  • Track action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor timelines and drive follow-ups on outstanding work.
  • Administer Jira backlogs by ensuring issues are properly documented and kept up to date.
  • Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and release planning routines.
  • Create and update Jira stories based on Product Owner guidance and team inputs.
  • Ensure stories include complete documentation and clear acceptance criteria before work begins.
  • Track sprint progress and highlight blockers, overdue items, and dependency risks.
  • Coordinate recurring product meetings and manage schedules and attendee communications.
  • Capture minutes, decisions, and action items and publish meeting notes and follow-ups

You support Agile execution and Jira administration by maintaining backlogs, ensuring stories are complete, and monitoring sprint progress. You capture decisions and follow-ups from recurring meetings and produce leadership-ready updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • One year of experience supporting technology, product, project management, and/or business analysis teams
  • Experience using Jira (or a comparable Agile work management tool) to manage backlogs, track work, and maintain issue quality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing multiple priorities and following through on deliverables
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including documenting work clearly and coordinating across stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive timely follow-up
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and supporting Agile ceremonies and execution routines
  • Familiarity with Confluence or a similar documentation and knowledge management platform
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience supporting global and/or distributed teams across time zones
