Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management in Asia seeks a Client Service Officer (CSO) to join a dedicated CSO team under a Team Coordinator CSO. You will support Relationship Managers in the administrative and operational management of client portfolios within a Wealth Management Zone.

You will act as a key link between clients and bank operations, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and contributing to the bank's image and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant studies
• 6-10 years of private banking client servicing experience will be an advantage
• Strong communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures the link between the client and the operational departments of the bank.
• Support the RM in his own mission, by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities. He helps him with the administrative tasks.
• Masters the mechanisms and internal procedures of the bank. To discharge his/her following responsibilities in full compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct and Procedures.
• Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal).
• Prepare client meetings (necessary documents and check list)
