Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Data QA Lead to drive QA for our data engineering team. The role focuses on QA strategy for data pipelines and collaboration with data engineers to ensure high data quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive QA experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on work with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes. Leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA testing experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating QA testers.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of Databricks, dbt, SSIS, or Fivetran is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
