The role emphasizes delivering a consistent weekly output, understanding current trends, and maintaining quality across posts while enjoying creative freedom and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience cutting short-form video content for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels.
• At ease editing directly within mobile apps or standard editing software (no specific software required).
• Experience with basic photo editing for social media.
• Ability to deliver clean, watermark-free final exports consistently.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut raw, unedited footage into polished short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels/B-roll format).
• Edit and retouch photos for social media posting.
• Hold a consistent weekly output of short-form video content.
• Rework top-performing content across TikTok and Instagram.
• Work from a shared drive/album system — pull raw materials and hand back finished edits.
• See that all final exports are clean and completely watermark-free.
• Help set and hold a consistent posting rhythm across platforms.
