Overview
A Water Station Manager oversees the operations and management of a water treatment or distribution facility, ensuring the delivery of clean, safe water to the community or clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervision and Leadership: Managing a team of staff, including operators and technicians, ensuring they are trained and compliant with safety regulations and operational protocols.
- Water Quality Management: Monitoring and ensuring water treatment processes meet regulatory standards for quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Facility Maintenance: Overseeing regular maintenance, repair, and upgrade of equipment, pumps, filtration systems, and other infrastructure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding water safety, environmental standards, and operational practices.
- Operational Monitoring: Managing daily operations, including the scheduling of water delivery, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing water distribution processes.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or Higher
- With experience is a plus or willing to be trained
- Physically fit
- Good with customer service
- Detail-oriented
- All genders welcome
- Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality
- 18 years old and above
