Job description

• At least a High School Graduate; vocational training or certification in Warehousing, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping is preferred; however, fresh applicants with the willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in a construction, trading, or industrial company is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and monitoring construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Familiar with inventory documents such as Delivery Receipts (DR), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, stock cards, material requisition slips, and other inventory records.

• Knowledgeable in inventory control procedures, stock monitoring, and periodic inventory counting.

• Possesses basic mathematical skills and is computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in proper material handling, warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safe storage practices.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials and equipment.

• Honest, trustworthy, organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to render overtime, work on weekends or holidays, and travel to project sites when required.

• Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to company policies and safety procedures.
