Job summary

VG SUPPLY CHAIN, INC. in Calamba, Laguna is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations such as cleaning pallets, segregating scrap and packaging materials, and maintaining accurate stock records.

You will monitor temperature readings every 3 hours with a thermo-hygrometer, assist in re-palletizing stocks, and help issue items to customers and production while ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience.
• Innovative, creative, flexible, committed, goal- and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work extended hours and be assigned to Canlubang warehouse.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR:

• Cleaning of pallets that be use by production.

• Segregate of scrap, carton, plastic etc.

• Conduct daily monitoring and recording of temperature every 3 hours based on actual temperature of thermo-hygrometer.

• Assist FL operator for re-palletizing of stocks from the storage.

• Received and re-pallet stocks from production to storage.

• Assist operator for issuance of stocks to customer and production.

• Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

• Cleaning of warehouse facility and can comply in 5’s and GMP/GWP.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one (1) year working experience

• Can work under pressure

• Can work for extended hours
