Job summary

Hightower Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily operations and help ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

You will receive, check, and organize incoming stock, assist in loading and unloading deliveries, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift 25 kg.

Qualifications

• At least college level (2 years) or graduate of 2-year vocational course/associate diploma
• TOR / Good Moral / Diploma / Certificate of Graduation
• Physically fit; able to lift 25 kg above in Dry and Cold storage
• Willing to do manual labor in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods for delivery.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned
