About the role

A warehouse staff member plays a critical role in the supply chain, ensuring that inventory is managed, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damages or discrepancies, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update stock records in the warehouse management system
• Accurately pick, pack, and label products for customer orders or internal transfers, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage
• Safely load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks and unload incoming materials using manual labor or material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Arrange items in designated storage locations, optimize warehouse layout for efficiency, and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace, and report any damaged inventory or safety issues immediately

About you
