Qualifications

• College graduate.
• At least 1 year of work experience in warehouse or related operations.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in SAP and computer applications.
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming raw material deliveries, receiving activities, and storage requirements with the Inbound Planner.
• Receive, inspect, and verify raw material deliveries against supporting documents, quality standards, and weighbridge records.
• Ensure proper unloading, storage, handling, and stock rotation of raw materials in accordance with FIFO/FEFO and Good Warehousing Practices.
• Monitor warehouse conditions, inventory status, and material quality; report non-conforming, slow-moving, and non-moving stocks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, SAP transactions, and records of all receiving, issuance, transfer, and inventory movements.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and assist in month-end inventory activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, warehouse records, and locator maps as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, sanitation, pest control, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the disposition of surplus, scrap, and used materials, and monitor fuel consumption of warehouse equipment.
