Job summary

X-GEN GROUP ELECTRONICS CORP. is seeking a Warehouse Organizer to join our Clark Freeport Zone facility in Pampanga. You will organize, sort, label, store, and move goods, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse operation.

Key duties include receiving and checking incoming goods, inventory counting, preparing items for delivery, and helping with loading and unloading as needed. No prior experience required; physical fitness and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
• Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move warehouse items.
• Must be responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to perform physical warehouse work.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and arrange goods, materials, and equipment in designated areas.
• Sort and categorize items according to type and purpose.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging incoming goods.
• Label and properly store warehouse items.
• Assist with inventory counting and stock checking.
• Help prepare items for delivery or shipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when needed.
• Keep shelves, storage areas, aisles, and work areas clean and organized.
• Ensure items are stored safely and properly.
• Report missing, damaged, or misplaced items to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
