Job summary

Boduo Raw Milktea Hub in Quezon City is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support order processing and inventory control. You will receive sales orders, generate receipts, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have warehousing exposure (3–6 months) and are available to start ASAP at the Vancouver Cubao site. The role emphasizes organized documentation, adherence to safety policies, and opportunities to participate in process

Qualifications

• Prior warehousing or inventory control experience is preferred.
• 3–6 months of related experience required.
• Amenable to work in Vancouver Cubao, Quezon City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales orders from sales team and generate delivery receipts.
• Hand over the delivery receipts to the warehouse staff.
• Print advance invoices, delivery receipts, and other necessary attachments, ensuring all documents are complete prior to delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the inventory manager.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during order processing.
• Maintain organized records of all orders, receipts, and invoices for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the order processing workflow.
