Qualifications

• Previous experience as Team Leader or Junior Supervisor in Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management, preferably in E-Commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor warehouse operations activities.
• Ensure timely ASN approvals.
• Direct the ground team during receiving and put-away processes.
• Execute outbound activities like picking, QC/packaging, and dispatching.

Job description

What you'll focus on

Lead, Control and Monitor Warehouse Operations activities on the ground.

Ensure ASN approvals are On-Time.

Lead ground team during Receiving and Put-Away.

Make sure Returns and Quarantine trackers are always correct and complete.

Flags to supervisor when quarantine is approaching critical utilization.

Lead team on executing outbound activities such as Picking, QC/packing, and Dispatching.

Ensures standard and SOP are enforced across all activities in the warehouse.

Communicate and Coordinate with other LOCAD departments on data and feedback needed.

Data gathering and analysis of performance.

Anticipate and identify risks and issues and take the necessary preventive actions and escalate to team members.

Report Performance and Gap Analysis of assigned tasks using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken.

What you bring

Experience Level: Was a Team Leader or Junior Supervisor from previous job.

Experience Background: Warehouse Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management). Better if from an E-Commerce operation.

Additional Competencies: Data gathering and analysis

Presentation Skills

Communication skills; both written (email, chat) and verbal (face-to-face, in call)

Background in using Warehouse Management Systems

Competency in using office tools and suites (google suites, Microsoft suites, etc.)

College Degree: Preference for Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply-Chain Management graduates
