Job summary

Flash Express seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Laguna, Philippines to lead field and warehouse staff, support the Warehouse Manager in inventory control, and ensure timely replenishment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2–4 years in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience managing 50–100 warehouse personnel is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory monitoring, replenishment, and dispatch.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
