Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Cavite, Philippines to support daily inbound and put-away operations. You will generate RDR and put-away forms for received containers, validate warehouse assignments, and encode data in Excel while maintaining accurate records and signed documents.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, readiness for overtime during peak season, and a proactive attitude to coordinate with merchandising teams on delivery discrepancies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Graduate in any related course.
• Basic knowledge on warehouse operation such as stacking, arrangement and cleanliness of area.
• Warehouse work experience is advantage. With good attendance record.
• Willing to work OT as needed especially in peak season.
• Able to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Generation of RDR and put-away form for all received containers.
• Validation of WH assignment of actual container arrived.
• Excel file encoding of put-away and transfer form.
• Updating of monitored files (PH overseas, Inbound daily activities, PH daily delivery plan, PH Put-away, delivery discrepancies, and put-away summary).
• Ensure that all turned over documents are signed and validated by Supervisor.
• System change location (Local & import).
• System container updating (Local & Import).
• Encoding of attendance.
• Coordinating with our merchandising team if there are any issues with unscheduled deliveries, pricing issue, barcode and quantity regarding disposition.
