Job summary

Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in the Laguna area. You will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, driving KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, coaching staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer orders while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution.
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Monitor KPIs like order fulfillment and service levels; drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
