Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Strong background in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Issue inventory accurately and on time to internal and external customers.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels; coordinate with Purchasing when levels are low.
• Track all material movements, including receipts, issuances, and transfers.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconcile variances.
• Enforce FIFO releasing and ensure proper item storage and labeling.
• Manage rejected, slow-moving, and excess inventory to optimize warehouse space.
• Create staff schedules and supervise daily shift activities.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities regarding labor, methods, and consumables.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
