Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Bayambang, Pangasinan. You will manage receiving, inventory, and merchandising to ensure stock availability and presentation, while maintaining a clean and secure warehouse per safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree related to business or management. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse following safety standards.
• Verify deliveries, document receipts, and report discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives; comply with policies.
