Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Zamboanga City to support daily warehouse operations. You will assist the Warehouseman, pull and prepare orders, and ensure accurate packing and handling to prevent damages. This is a full-time, direct-hire position based in the Philippines.

The role requires basic numeracy, good communication, and physical fitness to lift and move products safely, while maintaining cleanliness and following company procedures for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading and pulling activities.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, product handling and inventory procedures.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Willing to work in Zamboanga City.
• 1 Full-Time position; Direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouseman in pulling out and preparing ordered products based on customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing, loading, unloading, and transferring products within the warehouse area.
• Ensure accurate handling, packing, and movement of products to prevent damages, losses, and delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse while following company procedures and operational standards.
