Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Personnel to receive, store, and issue materials and finished goods per company procedures. The role includes operating forklifts and pallet trucks, and driving delivery trucks to support stock movement at LIIP Mamplasan Binan Laguna.

The position requires at least two years in warehouse operations, a valid professional driver's license (1,2,3), and NCII Forklift Certificate. Work schedule is six days a week with one rest day.

Qualifications

• At least a 2nd year college level or graduate of any related technical/vocational course.
• With at least two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
• Must possess a valid professional driver's license (1,2,3).
• With NCII Forklifts Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming materials and finished goods.
• Prepares, allocates, issues, and distributes materials, products, parts, and supplies to the appropriate departments.
• Conducts cycle counting and maintains inventory and property control of all warehouse stocks.
• Prepares required reports and maintains accurate records and files.
• Organizes received items and ensures all details match the delivered items for accurate receiving and issuance processes.
• Ensures proper handling of materials during receiving, issuance, and stock management activities.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas by practicing good housekeeping at all times.
• Operates forklifts, pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment to transport inventory, unload incoming stocks, and load outgoing orders.
• Drives trucks to pick up incoming stocks or deliver parts to designated locations.
