Job summary

San Miguel Corporation inventory engineer position is available to support monitoring, control, and documentation across poultry processing and warehousing operations at Poultry South Cebu.

The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with quality, food safety, and operational efficiency standards. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer requirement.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in food manufacturing or related field.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including issuance, receipt, and movement of materials and finished goods
• Ensure timely and proper documentation of all inventory transactions within assigned operational areas
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth inventory flow and reconciliation
• Conduct regular inventory counts, validation, and discrepancy investigations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Quality Management Systems, and Food Safety standards in all inventory-related processes
