Job summary

YCH Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a favorable entry-level Warehouse Associate to support loading/unloading, stock checks, and inventory counts. You will verify items against documents, log movements, and help keep the warehouse organized and secure.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, senior high school graduate, or equivalent; college background is a plus.
• Experience: Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not required (on-the-job training provided).
• Skills & Abilities: Willingness to learn basic warehouse tools (such as RF scanners and simple inventory software).
• Basic reading, writing, and basic math skills for stock counts and paperwork.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting items throughout the shift.
• Traits: Reliable, attentive to detail, trustworthy, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Inspect delivery trucks before loading or unloading.
• Check incoming and outgoing items against documents for correct counts and quality.
• Report and document any damaged or missing stock with your supervisor.
• Tag, and organize palletized goods and trade returns.
• Accurately pick, log, and issue products based on pick lists.
• Work with inventory and planning teams to clear up scheduling or stock issues.
• Keep documentation accurate and signed.
• Keep work, loading, and storage areas safe, clean, and secure.
• Join in on regular inventory stock counts.
