Job summary

JCO Marketing Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Taytay Rizal to manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will perform picking, packing, labeling, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include counting, documenting deliveries, and maintaining organized storage areas. The role requires reliability, physical capability to lift items, and willingness to work shifts and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to lift and move items
• Comfortable with fast-paced warehouse work and repetitive tasks
• Willing to perform picking, packing, labeling, sorting and loading/unloading
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming products and materials
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for delivery or transfer
• Arrange and store products properly in designated warehouse areas
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and delivery vehicles
• Check product quantities, item codes, and physical condition against documents
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse
• Follow proper handling procedures when moving heavy, fragile, or sensitive items
• Assist in preparing delivery receipts, stock transfer documents, and other warehouse records
• Report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect items to the supervisor
