Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Calabarzon, Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Dispatcher to support daily warehousing operations. You will select and pack items, check accuracy, and dispatch to forwarders, while maintaining inventory integrity and following safety procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to established procedures, equipment operation, cleanliness, and ongoing training to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• With basic knowledge in warehousing operation.

Responsibilities

• Picker and dispatcher duties to select and pack items.
• Check and dispatch items to the appropriate forwarder.
• Ensure accuracy in selecting items and quantities.
• Pick orders per assigned task.
• Inventory management: assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and participate in counts.
• Quality control: inspect items for damage and meet quality standards.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address picking issues and safety concerns.
• Follow established picking procedures and participate in training on safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, dispose of packaging materials properly.
• Provide feedback to help improve processes and productivity.
