Job summary

A logistics and warehouse company in Metro Manila is seeking individuals for warehouse operations including unloading, verifying deliveries, and maintaining inventory. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or vocational courses, and experience in construction or logistics is preferred. The position requires physical fitness and knowledge of MS Office. Immediate starters are welcome.

Job description

Receiving and Storage:

• Unloading and unpacking incoming deliveries.
• Verifying items against purchase orders and delivery receipts/sales invoices.
• Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
• Storing items in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and placement on the stock card.
• Performing inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.

Order Fulfillment:

• Picking and packing items for site orders.
• Preparing orders for outbound transfer, including labeling and packaging.
• Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks (if trained and certified)
• Loading and unloading deliveries.

General Warehouse Maintenance:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Following all safety regulations and procedures.
• Assisting with inventory control and physical counts.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Vocational Courses
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry or logistics-related fields is often sufficient.
• Prior experience of using Outlook or other MS Office packages is required
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
