Responsibilities
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Clear dishes, refill drinks, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Present bills and process cash, card, or digital payments.
- Handle any billing discrepancies or issues politely.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to carry heavy trays or dishes (10-25 lbs).

- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in food service is an advantage (but not always required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
