The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Internal Audit within Finance or Banking, strong English communication, and solid stakeholder management
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Internal Audit experience in Finance or Banking.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments.
- Review and approve monitoring summaries, and act as lead reviewer for all reviews.
- Collaborate with business teams to determine impact on control environment and audit approach.
- Manage audit activities for a product line, function, or entity at regional or country level.
- Advise on change initiatives and integrate auditing concepts with technology.
