Your Role

About The Client

We are looking for a Virtual Paralegal who has a take‑charge attitude to be part of our team and help us maintain our high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to client success.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and prepare legal and title documents such as warranty deeds, loan documents, and affidavits of heirship using firm templates.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, compliant, and properly formatted according to state requirements.
  • Assist with portions of complex filings like condo regimes under the supervision of the paralegal.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, lenders, and other third parties to gather required information.
  • Follow up via email or phone to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Upload and organize client files, contracts, and correspondence in shared drives.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising paralegal and team through Slack, email, or video calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Law graduate or experienced paralegal (preferably with real estate or title law background).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF editing (Adobe Acrobat), and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organized — accuracy and reliability are non‑negotiable.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining responsiveness in a remote team setup.
  • Experience with property documents, deed drafting, or title operations.
  • Knowledge of U.S. legal documentation formats and real estate terms.
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Slack, Google Meet, and Gmail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits (to Be Provided By Offshore Launch)
  • Up to $1450, depending on experience
  • 13th month pay
  • Annual bonus up to 150% of one month's salary, contingent on quarterly performance scores.
  • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
