People Leadership
  • Oversight of EA/SLS team, including annual processes, performance management, and coaching.
  • Drive team collaboration, engagement, and upskilling opportunities.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exiting employees.
Operational Management
  • Review and improve business processes and systems.
  • Manage resource allocation, workflow, and leave cover coordination.
  • Support operations and reporting needs for consistency and efficiency.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence, meetings, and diaries for Partner(s).
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Assist with event planning and management.
Reporting & Financial Management
  • Ensure timely completion of timesheets, expense claims, and transfers.
  • Perform SAP reporting and WIP/CRM administrative tasks.
Client Support
  • Assist with business development, tenders, RFPs, and project activities.
  • Maintain CRM system for client details and activity data.
General Administration
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the team.
  • Act as a change agent for new technologies and systems.
