Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled virtual assistant with exceptional communication abilities to be the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to client inquiries, CRM/ Database Management, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between clients and the company.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, answering and directing calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about our services
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed promptly
  • Maintain an organized system for managing client information and inquiries, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, Social Media Management, and scheduling
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with basic office software and communication tools (Microsoft, Google Suite, Slack, and CRM)
