Responsibilities include transporting staff and clients, delivering documents and packages, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, logging travel and fuel receipts, and reporting any issues promptly while upholding confidentiality of passenger conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive company staff, VIPs, or clients to meetings and events
• Deliver documents, packages, or office supplies to assigned locations
• Obey all local traffic laws, road signs, and speed limits
• Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to avoid heavy traffic and delays for line up schedule/appointments
• Keep the company vehicle clean, washed, and fueled
• Check oil, tires, and water levels regularly
• Report mechanical issues or damage to management
• Maintain up-to-date travel logs, trip tickets, fuel receipts, and delivery signatures
• Report any traffic violations or accidents immediately
• Treat passengers and clients with professional courtesy and respect
