Job summary

All-Inclusive Sales, Inc. seeks a skilled Videographer / Video Editor to transform ideas into scroll-stopping videos and compelling brand stories. You’ll shoot, edit, and deliver premium content under tight deadlines, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.

You will collaborate with marketing on concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and content plans, handling post-production and platform-specific edits for social media and campaigns. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, Content Creator, Multimedia Artist, or similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit videos for brand campaigns, product launches, events, activations, and social media content.
• Create videos for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and content plans.
• Handle post-production including video cutting, sequencing, color correction, basic sound design, subtitles, and formatting.
• Turn long-form content into short-form, platform-ready edits.
• Capture product, lifestyle, event, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Help improve visual style, pacing, and storytelling of our brands.
• Organize video files, project files, and creative assets for future use.
• Support other marketing content needs when necessary.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot and edit videos for brand campaigns, product launches, events, activations, and social media content
• Create videos for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team on video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and content plans
• Handle post-production work including video cutting, sequencing, color correction, basic sound design, subtitles, and formatting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in videography and video editing
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Comfortable shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile phones when needed
• Knowledgeable in creating content for social media-first platforms
• Can work fast without sacrificing quality
• Able to follow brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas to the table
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willing to shoot on-site, during events, activations, and other company-related activities

Bonus Points If You

• Can do basic motion graphics
• Have experience shooting events, lifestyle content, automotive content, or product videos
• Understand branding, marketing, and social media trends
• Know basic lighting and audio setup
• Can create simple reels, teasers, highlight videos, and product explainers
• Have a portfolio or sample works to share
