Job description

Salary: ₱20,000+ (Negotiable based on skill & experience)

• Capture clean, well‑framed videos for brand and client shoots
• Set up basic lighting and audio for different locations
• Work closely with the creative team during shoots
• Take BTS and social clips when needed
• Coordinate with the Production Assistant for gear, schedule, and locations
• You handle a camera confidently in different environments
• You understand angles, composition, and movement
• You are punctual, reliable, and comfortable on fast‑paced shoot days
• You can follow creative direction and also suggest better shots
• You communicate clearly with the team and clients on set
• Full‑time availability (team meetings are NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
• Owns or is familiar with DSLR/mirrorless camera setups
• Comfortable working with structured systems and shoot schedules
• Willing to go the extra mile when needed
