Qualifications

• Proficient in professional video editing and export optimization.
• Able to review interviews, events, and other footage to craft cohesive stories.
• Strong media management and ability to handle large volumes of footage.

Responsibilities

• Support post-production needs from editing to final delivery of video projects.
• Review and organize large volumes of raw footage and assets (Google Drive).
• Identify key messages and moments to shape cohesive narratives.
• Transform raw footage into engaging stories aligned with project goals.
• Produce branded content, marketing videos, and client deliverables.
• Create B-roll compilations to enhance storytelling and context.
• Edit and mix dialogue, music, and sound effects for clarity.
• Apply transitions, graphics, color, and effects to improve quality.
• Optimize exports for website and social media constraints without quality loss.
• Export using Premiere Pro and Media Encoder for platform-specific requirements.
• Create short-form social clips, captions, subtitles, and edits for engagement.
• Develop marketing content from existing assets and earlier projects.
