Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a creative Video & Graphics Designer to tell stories through motion graphics and polished videos across social, web, and events. You will transform concepts into engaging visuals, manage projects from concept to delivery, and ensure brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in video editing and motion design, advanced Adobe Suite skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and Figma, plus experience with AI tools.

The main responsibilities of a VIDEO & GRAPHICS DESIGNER include:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and events.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, lower thirds, and visual effects.
• Design and animate graphics that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Optimize videos for different formats, resolutions, and distribution channels.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, color correction, and audio mixing into final productions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video and motion graphic assets.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and motion design.
• Organize and maintain media assets, project files, and creative libraries.
