Job summary

deployedstaff is seeking a skilled Video Editor to turn raw footage into polished content for social media, YouTube, and presentations. You will craft edits with storytelling, pacing, and strong visual flow while adapting assets to brand guidelines across platforms.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is required, with Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve as advantages. Onsite role with 40 hours/week, HMO from day one, and opportunities to work with international accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven professional video editing and post-production experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (DaVinci Resolve a plus).
• Able to edit for digital, website, and social media formats.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, structure, and visual flow.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready content.
• Develop edits with visual flow, pacing, and storytelling across brands.
• Adapt videos to required dimensions and platform guidelines.
• Add titles, captions, graphics, transitions, thumbnails, and visuals.
• Perform colour correction, grading, and audio balancing/cleaning.
• Export final files and manage project files efficiently.
• Implement revisions based on feedback from Videographer and Marketing.
