Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training data projects with graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, and motion graphics. This remote, contract role requires reviewing AI-generated outputs and providing high-quality human feedback.

You'll work with tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CAMTASIA, and more, delivering annotations and improvements within agreed timelines. Strong English and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• 2+ years of professional experience in related creative fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
