Tutor Easily in the Philippines is seeking a fast, reliable video editor to join our delivery team. You’ll edit VSLs and short-form ad videos that power our clients’ funnels, collaborating with success, operations and ads teams to keep launches on schedule.

Ideal candidates edit at speed, produce multiple ad variations, and use AI tools for captions, voiceovers and B-roll. Strong communication on Slack and a reliable, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience editing VSLs and short-form ad videos for Facebook/Meta.
• Ability to edit at speed and handle multiple client projects.
• Availability to work 9am–5pm UK time (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday.
• Good sense for hooks, retention, captions and clear CTAs.
• Clear communication and reliability in a busy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Edit client VSLs from raw recordings to polished videos for landing pages.
• Produce short-form Facebook/Instagram ad videos with strong hooks, captions and pacing.
• Create multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, intros, CTAs).
• Meet tight turnaround times to keep client launches on schedule.

Tutor Easily (part of Easily Group) helps tutors, coaches and education businesses fill their diaries with clients. Through our Unlimited Students Program, we build everything they need to grow: their offer, landing page, VSL funnel and Meta ad campaigns. New clients join us every week, and every one of them needs a VSL and ad creatives that convert.

The Role

We're looking for a fast, reliable video editor to join our delivery team. You'll edit the VSLs and Facebook ad videos that power our clients' funnels. You'll work alongside our customer success, operations and ads teams. Because clients are waiting on their VSL before their landing page and ads can go live, speed really matters here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing client VSLs from raw recordings into polished, persuasive videos ready for their landing pages
• Producing short-form Facebook and Instagram ad videos with strong hooks, captions and pacing
• Creating multiple ad variations for testing (different hooks, intros and CTAs)
• Hitting tight turnarounds so client launches stay on schedule
• Using AI tools to speed up your workflow, from captions and voiceovers to B-roll and clean-up
• Taking feedback from the team and clients and turning revisions around quickly

What We're Looking For

• Experience editing VSLs and short-form ad videos for Facebook/Meta
• The ability to edit at speed and handle a steady flow of client projects
• Availability to work 9am–5pm UK time (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday
• A good feel for what makes an ad perform: hooks, retention, captions, clear CTAs
• Clear communication and reliability, since you'll be part of a busy team on Slack
• Using AI tools in your editing (AI voiceovers, auto-captions, AI B-roll or image generation, footage clean-up)
