You will edit podcasts, craft short-form clips for Reels and Shorts, design thumbnails, manage posting schedules, and analyze performance to drive growth. Independent work, reliable feedback incorporation, and timely delivery are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit full-length podcast episodes, ensuring smooth pacing, clear audio, seamless camera transitions, and consistent visual quality
• Identify compelling moments from long-form videos and create engaging short-form content, including Reels and Shorts
• Develop effective hooks, accurate captions, and thoughtful pacing to maximize audience retention
• Create thumbnails and supporting graphics that align with established brand guidelines
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, captions, titles, and platform-specific formatting
• Review content performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement, audience growth, and overall content quality
• Use AI-powered video and image tools to enhance production while maintaining creative quality and originality
• Work independently, incorporate feedback, and consistently deliver high-quality content on time
