This role ensures that all video narratives align with brand messaging and campaign goals, while adapting content into multiple formats for different platforms. Working closely with the Creative Director, content team, and social media managers, the Video Editor brings stories to life that inspire, educate, and drive action.

Key responsibilities

• Transform long-form videos into high-impact short-form content for social media while maintaining brand consistency

• Grasp company needs, specifications, and visual inspirations by thoroughly analyzing briefings from Social Media Managers

• Enhance brand engagement and storytelling by integrating dialogues, music, graphics, and effects

• Ensure all creative innovations remain strictly aligned with company brand guidelines and target audience needs

About you

• Possesses a thorough grasp of the technical specifications and audience preferences unique to various social media platforms

• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Capcut

• Capable of creating a compelling narrative from scratch, utilizing scripts, voiceovers, and stock assets when no raw footage is provided

• A creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table while respecting established brand standards

• At least 1 year experience
