Job summary

UltraManpower is hiring for an on-site insurance sales role in Quezon City. The position targets 1–3 years of sales experience, with a high school diploma or higher preferred, and offers full-time employment.

You will sell and promote vehicle insurance, assess client needs, prepare quotations, process applications, and manage renewals. The job requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, insurance, account management, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Automotive, or Sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong sales personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.
• Professional, trustworthy, and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote vehicle insurance products to clients.
• Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable motor vehicle insurance coverage.
• Prepare and explain insurance quotations, policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and premiums.
• Process insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to close sales and secure renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, policies, payments, and transactions.
• Assist clients with insurance claims, coordinating with the insurance company when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
• Meet assigned sales targets, quotas, and collection goals.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, dealerships, financing companies, and internal teams regarding policies and requirements.
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, pricing, and company policies.
• Provide after-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns professionally.
