Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced USRN to join our Utilization Management nursing team in Taguig, Philippines. This non-bedside role leverages clinical expertise to support timely, evidence-based healthcare decisions and medical-necessity reviews.

Qualifications

• Recognized nursing degree or diploma.
• Current and unrestricted US RN license.
• Minimum 3 months RN experience with direct patient care.
• Minimum 3 months of Utilization Management or Utilization Review experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze medical records and prepare clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and clinical documentation for UM cases.
• Evaluate case information based on client guidelines.
• Prepare concise clinical summaries.
• Identify missing information and coordinate follow-up.
• Document review findings and actions accurately.
• Support medical-necessity and related clinical-review processes.
• Communicate relevant case information to clinical teams.
• Manage cases within quality and turnaround-time standards.
• Protect confidential health information.
• Participate in quality reviews and improvements.
