Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or equivalent and valid US RN license.
• Minimum 3 months (480 hours) RN direct patient care experience.
• At least 3 months in Utilization Management or Utilization Review.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Review UM cases by analyzing medical records and guidelines.
• Prepare concise clinical summaries for stakeholders.
• Identify missing documentation and coordinate follow-ups.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
• Support quality reviews and process improvements.
• Communicate case information to clinical directors.
• Manage cases within required turnaround times.
