Job summary
Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced US Registered Nurse for Utilization Management. The role focuses on evaluating medical records, applying UM guidelines, and producing clear clinical summaries to support timely patient care decisions.
This on-site position in Taguig offers a signing bonus up to ₱200,000 and opportunities to deepen expert knowledge in clinical documentation, medical-necessity reviews, and healthcare operations within a BPO setting.
Qualifications
- Recognized nursing degree or diploma.
- Current US Registered Nurse license.
- At least three months or 480 hours of RN clinical direct care experience.
- Minimum of three months UM or Utilization Review experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Responsibilities
- Review medical records and clinical documentation for UM cases.
- Evaluate case information based on client guidelines.
- Prepare concise clinical summaries.
- Identify missing clinical information and coordinate follow-up.
- Document findings and actions accurately.
- Support medical-necessity and care-management processes.
- Communicate case information to clinical teams.
