Eagle Asia Towing Corp. is seeking a Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of premises.

You will handle cleaning, light repairs, and safe handling of maintenance tools, while also managing inventory and performing messenger duties for documents and banking tasks. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, awareness of safety practices, and basic maintenance knowledge to keep the workplace safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions properly.

Responsibilities

• Take verbal and written instructions from managers and co-workers.

• Make an inventory of cleaning supplies on a monthly basis and maintain supplies/equipment.
• Replace light fittings and broken globes.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids.
• Perform messenger duties (document transmittal, deposits, withdrawals, collect cheques).
• Thoroughly clean the office before and after work and before entering/leaving the office.
• Ensure that utility projects have been completed before signing off.

Job Description

Utility Worker to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties at our premises. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for cleaning assigned areas inside and outside of the property, repairing, safekeeping of maintenance tools, and inspecting utility projects. You will also be required to maintain stock levels, inventory and comply with state health and safety regulations.

As a Utility Worker, should be a jack-of-all-trades who is able to clean, fix lights, repair equipment, and maintain a safe working area.

As part of your side-duties you will also be doing the messenger duties like (Transmittal of documents, deposit, withdrawals from banks and collect cheques from clients.

Utility Worker Responsibilities:
